Can I purchase my ticket on-site?

Yes! Tickets will be available on-site, but spots are limited—we highly recommend purchasing in advance to secure your place and avoid missing out.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, no refunds will be issued. However, optional ticket protection is available at checkout through TicketSpice for added peace of mind.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes, our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Please be respectful of your camping neighbors. This includes music, bright lights, or anything else that may bother your neighbors.

What does my weekend pass cover?

Camping from Thursdya 3:00pm – Sunday 12:00pm and access to our vendor village to our games, live music, and food trucks.

Is there power or water hookups on-site?

There is no water or power on site for camping sites. Plan as if you are primitive camping.

What's the bathroom / shower situation?

We will have port-a-potties on-site all weekend for your needs. Shower passes are available for $7/person when you purchases your weekend pass or on-site.

Is this an family / dog friendly event?

Yes and Yes! Jeep Camp is fun for the whole family! Also, we allow behaved, attended and leashed dogs on-site.

Are campfires allowed?

Yes! As long as the county is not in a burn ban at the time of Jeep Camp. We will have a fire pit area, and contained fire pits like propane fire pits or Solo Stoves are permitted.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, but we have a strict policy against drink or belligerent behavior, so please keep this in mind. THERE IS NO UNDERAGE DRINKING TOLERATED.
